Interview instructions — read before beginning

Questions are shown one at a time with limited preparation and recording time.

Stay on this page. After a question is revealed, switching tabs or minimizing the browser is recorded as a tab exit for the reviewer. Closing or reloading the page may interrupt your recording.
Timers continue. Leaving this tab, losing your connection, or reloading does not pause or reset the server timer.
Recording starts automatically. Each question begins with a short preparation countdown, followed by a timed response of up to three minutes. If you are ready early, choose Start recording now to skip the remaining preparation time.
Maximum two attempts. After the first recording, you have up to 10 seconds to choose the final attempt. A final attempt begins after a 3-second countdown and cannot be replaced.
A timeout does not end the interview. If no recording is available when a question ends, you may mark that question timed out and continue. Empower Minds staff can reopen that question when appropriate.
Questions cannot normally be revisited. Submit each response to continue. If an upload is interrupted, stay on this page and choose Try upload again.

Tip: Close unrelated apps, silence notifications, keep this browser visible, and make sure your device will not go to sleep.

I understand that my interview responses will be recorded and reviewed by Empower Minds for recruiting purposes. I will complete this interview independently and understand that, after a question is revealed, timers continue and tab exits are logged for reviewers.
